Residential Services

The Department of Residential Services works along with our Case Management department to provides the eligible participant with disabilities or special needs housing, in an effort to assist them individually, to be as independent as possible.  Depending on the individual, the following settings are offered.

Community Training Home II:  Our CTH II homes are staffed 24/7 and offer those who need the most assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and hygiene to increase these needed skills to participate as independently as they possibly can, while fading assistance as their independence increases.  This allows our friends to be actively involved in their care and to progress into a more independent setting.

Supervised Living Program II:  SLP II provides onsite services to individuals in a community integrated apartment setting.  Our friends will have the opportunity to be served in a lesser restrictive environment, but acquiring daily living skills in medication delivery, money management, home management, transportation to doctor’s appointments, community events, and personal goals.

Supervised Living Program I:  SLP I provides minimal assistance to those who qualify.  Residential staff provide assistance in budgeting and financial oversight, transportation to work and doctors appointments, community events, and personal goals.

Our agency encourages our friends to live as independently as possible and to their maximum potential.
