Human Resource Director: Full time position (38 hours per week) - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Associates degree in Human Resources or 2 years of college in a related field required. Experience: One or two years of experience working in a business administration or Human Resources environment. Ideal candidate must be extremely organized, self motivated, committed to completing multiple tasks. The director plans, develops, implements, evaluates and directs all human resource programs, policies, activities, and services. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws that pertain to Human Resources administration and with pertinent key indicators relating to licensing, and DOL.
Bookkeeper: Full time position (38 hours a week). Associates degree in accounting or High School Diploma with at least 2 years of accounting experience and a valid SC drivers license. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, provide a sound and effective work enviornment, be able to present yourself professionally at all times when representing PCBDSN, have good organizational skills, motivation, initiative, and planning abilities, works well both individually and as a team member, be able to work well with others, families, persons served, be alert and responsive to all health and safety issues, adhear to PCBDSN training and additional training as may be required in this position and policy and procedures, have computer skills, well be working in Excel, Quickbooks, SmartFusion, and Google.
Assistant House Manager: Full Time position with flexible hours. High school diploma or GED and SC Drivers License required. Ideal candidate must be extremely organized, self-motivated, committed to completing multiple tasks, available to back up house managers for on call when needed for facility and detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., Must be computer literate. (Closing date: Until position is filled)
Residential Administrative Assistant: Full time position (38 hours per week). High school diploma or GED, two to three years experience working in an administrative or human services environment, and SC drivers license required. Ideal candidate must be extremely organized, self motivated, committed to completing multiple tasks, ability to operate office equipment and type at a corrected speed of 30 to 40 wpm, available to back up Residential Director and Deputy Director, detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be computer literate.
